Summary
My advice would be to anyone thinking of choosing this person, to go ahead and do it. This was my first experience at a beach front wedding ceremony. Captain Bill was professional, respectful, and conducted the ceremony in forgettable fashion. At the reception he was equally professional, jovial and engaging. It was an event I will not soon forget.
